About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Offline Marketing Intern to support our initiatives in traditional and physical marketing channels. This role focuses on real-world activation, including events, partnerships, print media, and local community outreach, playing a crucial role in building brand visibility outside of the digital space. 

You should apply if you have:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with vendors and the public.
Proven ability to manage logistics and details for small projects or events.
A creative mindset with an understanding of how to translate a brand message into a physical experience.
Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, "get things done" attitude.
A willingness to travel locally or work non-traditional hours for event support (when applicable).

You should not apply if you:

Are primarily interested only in digital-first activities like SEO or email marketing.
Are uncomfortable with physical logistics, vendor management, or on-the-ground execution.
Lack the self-starter motivation needed to take ownership of physical projects.
Have difficulty adhering to strict budget and timeline constraints.

What will you do?

Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing events, trade shows, or pop-up activations.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., print shops, event organizers, agencies) for materials and services.
Support the creation and distribution of physical marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, signage).
Conduct research on potential brand partnership opportunities in local markets.
Track the success of offline campaigns through surveys, attendance figures, and simple ROI metrics.

Work Experience:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or recently graduated within the last 6 months).
Previous experience in event planning, field marketing, or campus organisation leadership is highly desirable.
Working days: Monday - Friday
