Job Role: Founder’s Office Intern (Prompt Engineering & AI Tools)
You should apply if you have:
• A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging tech tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar.
• A good understanding of prompt writing and how to get high-quality outputs from AI models.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to structure information clearly.
• A problem-solving mindset and curiosity to experiment with new tools and workflows.
• The ability to work independently, learn fast, and apply AI to real business problems.
You should not apply if you:
• Have only theoretical knowledge of AI and have not practically used AI tools.
• Expect predefined instructions and are uncomfortable with experimentation and iteration.
• Are not interested in documenting processes, prompts, or learnings.
• Prefer routine, repetitive tasks without problem-solving or creativity.
• Are unwilling to adapt quickly as tools, use cases, and requirements evolve.
• Cannot commit to working full-time from the office in Gurugram.
Skills Required:
• Prompt Engineering & AI Usage: Strong ability to write, test, refine, and optimize prompts for different business use cases (Automation, analysis, research, content).
• AI Tools Familiarity: Practical experience with generative AI tools for text, analysis, summarization, documentation, and productivity.
• Process Thinking & Automation: Ability to identify repetitive/manual workflows and suggest AI-assisted or no-code automation solutions.
• Research & Analytical Skills: Capability to conduct AI-assisted research, compare tools, and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Documentation & Communication: Clear documentation of prompts, workflows, SOPs, and learnings for internal teams.
• MS Tools & G Suite: Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and basic Excel for analysis and reporting.
What will you do?
• Design and maintain prompt libraries for different teams such as HR, Operations, Marketing, and Founders’ Office.
• Assist teams in using AI tools for drafting emails, policies, SOPs, reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity by integrating AI into existing workflows.
• Experiment with new AI tools, features, and use cases, and document findings for internal adoption.
• Support cross-functional teams by converting manual tasks into AI-assisted processes.
• Work on small internal AI projects end-to-end, from problem identification to implementation.
Work Experience:
• (Preferred) Prior internship, coursework, or self-driven projects involving AI tools, automation, or productivity systems.
• Open to students or recent graduates with strong hands-on exposure to AI tools.
