HR Business Partner

Skills Required

HRBP & Organizational Skills
Understanding of organizational design, manpower planning, and HR strategy

Knowledge of employee lifecycle and employee relations

Analytical & Governance Skills
Ability to track HR metrics and generate insights

Experience with HR reporting, Excel/Google sheets , and HRMS tools

Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Employee counselling and grievance-handling capability

Stakeholder management and structured communication skills



What will you do?

1. HR Business Partnering & Strategy Execution
Support organizational design and annual manpower planning

Execute HR strategy aligned with business goals

Drive employee relations initiatives

2. Performance Management
Support Objectives & Key Results setting, reviews, and feedback cycles

Track performance trends and support improvement plans

3. Learning & Development
Support capability-building initiatives and training programs

Track participation and learning effectiveness

4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs

Support location-level engagement activities

5. Communication & Governance
Coordinate Town Halls, leadership communication forums and various employee surveys

Conduct governance reviews and share insights

6. Employee Relations & Retention
Handle grievances and counselling conversations

Conduct skip-level connects, surveys, and new-hire retention check-ins



Relevant Work Experience: 3–6 years
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Location: Okhla Phase 1 Office (1 Day) & Gurugram Office (4 Days) (Work from Office)
