Human Resources Team Lead — People, Culture & Operations

Skills Required
Leadership Development & Culture
Experience in leadership capability building and manager effectiveness programs
Understanding of succession planning and culture-building practices
Strong team management skills
HR Operations & People Systems
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management
Experience building HR policies, SOPs, and performance frameworks
Familiarity with HRMS, documentation, and governance processes
Compliance & Governance
Working knowledge of labour law compliance and audit readiness
Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build dashboards, MIS, and people metrics
Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

Own leadership and manager development initiatives
Design and implement L&D frameworks
Partner with leadership on succession readiness
2. Culture & Employee Experience
Strengthen feedback, performance, and recognition practices
Shape employee experience across the lifecycle
Proactively address employee challenges
3. HR Operations & People Systems
Own employee lifecycle processes
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and people processes
Own compensation processes with leadership and finance
4. Compliance & Governance
Ensure labour law compliance and documentation readiness
Maintain governance standards across people practices
5. Systems Thinking & Decision Support
Build dashboards and people metrics
Support leadership decision-making using insights
Relevant Work Experience: 8+ years
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Location: Okhla Phase 1 (2 Days) & Gurugram (3 Days) (Work from Office)
