What will you do?
Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.)
Monitor listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotions to ensure everything is live and accurate
Create and update product listings including titles, keywords, descriptions, and images
Optimize catalog content to improve visibility and conversion
Track sales performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Monitor key metrics like traffic, conversion rate, buy box %, and return rates
Identify gaps and work with internal teams to improve performance
Ensure inventory levels are healthy and coordinate replenishment
Track order lifecycle including dispatch, returns, and cancellations
Work with supply chain, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
Prepare reports and share performance insights with stakeholders

Skills Required
Strong attention to detail and execution focus
Basic understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations
Comfortable working with data and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
Good coordination and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action
Familiarity with marketplace seller panels is a plus
