Skills Required:
- Meta Blueprint certification or other related digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience working with e-commerce businesses or direct response campaigns is preferred.
- Experience in the similar category (Supplements/ Nutrition) is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, including Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Analytics tools. Proficient in event tracking (standard & custom events) via Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and SDK implementation. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Experience in strategizing campaigns based on in-depth audience insights and platform knowledge.
- Proficient in analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to guide decisions and campaign adjustments.
- Strong reporting skills using tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, and Meta Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to present complex data insights clearly and succinctly to stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns
Rigorous Testing to identify the right audiences, segments, placements, and creative to maximize performance.
- Meta Algorithm Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on Meta’s algorithm updates and how they impact campaign performance, audience reach, and cost-efficiency.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of Meta’s targeting options and algorithms to optimize campaign performance, ensuring the best RoAS.
- Audience & Placement Optimization:
Deeply understand and segment audiences to ensure high engagement and conversion.
Use data to optimize audience targeting at the demographic, interest, and behavioral levels.
Optimize ad placements for maximum performance based on real-time data and insights.
Work closely with the creative team to develop and adapt high-performing ad creatives based on insights from campaign data.
Analyze creative performance and make recommendations for adjustments in design, messaging, and CTA.
- Event Tracking & Analytics:
Implement and monitor standard and custom events (via Facebook Pixel and SDK) to track key actions on the website, app, and social media.
Leverage Meta’s Analytics tools (such as Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Analytics) to track, report, and analyze campaign results, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
Extract key insights from campaign data and translate them into actionable strategies to improve campaign performance.
Deliver detailed, data-backed reports and performance reviews to stakeholders, offering clear insights and recommendations.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation:
Constantly experiment with new targeting strategies, campaign objectives, creative formats, and bidding techniques to maximize campaign success.
Keep abreast of industry trends, Meta platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain an edge.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Work Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
