Job Role: Video Content Creator

 
As a Video Content Creator for our brand, you will be the dynamic face of our video content, anchoring engaging videos for all social media platforms. Your role will involve overseeing the editing process to ensure high-quality output, staying on top of social media trends, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance and drive audience engagement.
We are particularly looking for someone who has a genuine passion for health and fitness, and is constantly exploring the space. You should be someone who naturally dives deep into scientific or trending topics, and enjoys breaking down complex ideas into simplified, viewer-friendly formats. Your mission will be to create content that educates, informs, and empowers our audience in their fitness and nutrition journey.

You should apply if you have:

·        A passion for creating compelling video content and being on camera.
·        Deep interest and working knowledge in the health and fitness domain.
·        An innate curiosity and research mindset—you enjoy reading, watching, and learning about nutrition, training, and wellness trends.
·        Experience in guiding and monitoring the video editing process.
·        Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and performance data.
·        An ability to spot and create social media trends.
·        A solid understanding of nutrition and exercise science.

·        Are uncomfortable being in front of the camera.
·        Lack experience with social media metrics and analytics.
·        Are not enthusiastic or informed about health and fitness topics.
·        Are not curious about learning and explaining new concepts in creative formats.
·        Have difficulty working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
·        Are not open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback.

Skills Required:

·        Strong on-camera presence and presentation skills.
·        Video editing skills; hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is a bonus.
·        Understanding of social media analytics, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
·        Excellent research and communication skills to simplify technical topics.
·        Ability to conceptualize and execute moment marketing strategies.

·        Anchor and present video content for all social media platforms.
·        Research and simplify complex topics related to fitness, health, and supplements for educational content.
·        Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual narratives.
·        Monitor the video editing process to ensure top-notch quality.
·        Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategies.
·        Identify and execute content ideas based on timely trends and insights.
