Job Role: Associate - Warehouse Management

You should apply if you:

• Have 1-6 years of experience in return management, RTO handling, logistics, or supply chain roles.
 • Have strong problem-solving skills and can handle return-related issues efficiently.
 • Can coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
 • Have experience using return management software like Viniculum/Uniware (preferred but not mandatory).
 • Are comfortable analyzing return data to improve processes and reduce losses.

You should not apply if you:
• Lack experience in return management, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
 • Are not comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
 • Do not have basic Excel and data analysis skills.
 • Are not open to collaborating with multiple teams for return handling and resolution.

What will you do?
• Oversee the end-to-end return process, including product inspection, restocking, and disposal.
 • Ensure compliance with company return policies and legal regulations.
 • Analyze return trends, identify root causes, and suggest process improvements.
 • Minimize losses by implementing fraud detection measures in returns.
 • Handle customer return shipments, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
 • Collaborate with the warehouse & logistics team to process defective product returns.
 • Perform quality checks on returned items and ensure accurate inventory management.
 • Generate reports on return rates, product defects, and refund trends for management.

Work Experience:
• Education: Post Graduate/Graduate/Undergraduate – all can apply.
 • Experience: 1-6 year in return management, logistics, or supply chain roles.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Location: Vishwakarma Colony, Prahladpur (Work from Office)
