What will you do?

·        Lead and support strategic and operational projects across departments (e.g., marketing, growth, product, HR, operations).
·        Drive data analysis, competitive research, and internal reporting to support business decisions.
·        Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and resolution of key deliverables.
·        Draft internal communication, presentations, and documents for leadership and external stakeholders.
·        Track progress on founder-driven initiatives and ensure follow-ups and accountability.
·        Identify inefficiencies or gaps in operations and recommend/improve processes accordingly.
·        Prepare content, briefs, and talking points for meetings, reviews, and pitches.
